RAINY DAY CELEBRATION

It’s pitter-patter on the roof! Rainy Day at Mary Convent is a time for imagination to bloom. We’ll cuddle up with story time tales of splashing puddles and playful raindrops. The children might even create their own rainy day masterpieces with colourful paints and construction paper!

FRIENDSHIP DAY

Friends are like sunshine on a cloudy day! At Mary Convent, Friendship Day is a celebration of the special bonds our children share with their classmates. They’ll exchange colorful friendship bands, participate in fun activities that promote teamwork and kindness, and learn the importance of having good friends in their lives.

INDEPENDENCE DAY

We hold immense pride in our nation! Mary Convent celebrates Independence Day with a patriotic fervor. The children will proudly wave the national flag and sing the national anthem with great enthusiasm. Through stories and interactive activities, they’ll learn about the significance of this day and the sacrifices made for our freedom.

RAKSHABANDHAN CELEBRATION

The bond of siblings is a precious one. At Mary Convent, we celebrate Rakshabandhan with a heartwarming ceremony. Sisters will tie rakhis on their brothers’ wrists, a symbol of love and protection. In return, brothers will shower their sisters with gifts and promises to always be there for them.

JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION

Krishna Janmashtami fills Mary Convent with the spirit of Vrindavan! Our little ones will dress up as Radha and Krishna, bringing the playful stories to life. We’ll have a joyous puja and create a playful cradle for Laddu Gopal. Don’t forget the flutes – the day wouldn’t be complete without some musical fun!

TEACHER'S DAY

Our teachers at Mary Convent are like second parents, nurturing and guiding our children with love. On Teacher’s Day, we celebrate their dedication. The children might dress up as their favourite teachers, mimicking their teaching styles in a playful way. But the most heartwarming part? Presenting their handmade cards filled with gratitude.

HEALTH DAY

A healthy body leads to a healthy mind! At Mary Convent, Health Day is a time to learn the importance of staying fit and making good choices. We might have interactive sessions on brushing teeth, healthy eating habits, and the importance of exercise. It’ll be a fun-filled day where the children learn valuable lessons for a healthy life.

GANDHI JAYANTI CELEBRATION

Mahatma Gandhi’s teachings of truth and non-violence inspire us all. On Gandhi Jayanti, Mary Convent celebrates the life of the Father of our Nation. The children might dress up in traditional dhotis and kurtas, carrying little charkhas and walking sticks. Through stories and activities, they’ll learn about Gandhi’s values and their importance in our lives.

DUSSEHRA CELEBRATION

Good conquers evil! Dussehra at Mary Convent is a time to celebrate the triumph of Lord Rama over Ravana. The children will learn about the Ramayana through engaging storytelling and enactments. We might even have a symbolic burning of Ravana, reminding us that good always prevails.

DIWALI CELEBRATION

The festival of lights brings joy and prosperity. Diwali at Mary Convent is a vibrant celebration filled with colours and light. The children might create beautiful rangolis and light up diyas, filling the school with a warm glow. We’ll celebrate with traditional dances and stories about the significance of Diwali.

CHILDREN'S DAY

Childhood is a magical time! At Mary Convent, Children’s Day is dedicated to making our little ones feel extra special. The school will be decorated with balloons and laughter will fill the air. There will be games, activities, and maybe even a surprise visit from a special guest!

HELPER'S DAY

Every day, many helpers work tirelessly to make Mary Convent a great place. On Helpers Day, we take a moment to appreciate them. The children might prepare cards and thank-you notes for the helpers who keep our school clean, safe, and running smoothly.

CHRISTMAS DAY

Santa Claus is coming to town! Christmas Day at Mary Convent is filled with festive cheer. The children will get a chance to meet the jolly Santa himself and receive gifts that bring smiles to their faces. We’ll sing carols, have fun games, and create lasting Christmas memories.
